Rowan
A place to reset.
Structured, small-group sessions for people who want clarity—not therapy, not coaching, not networking.
What this is
Most spaces don't quite work.
They're either too clinical, too performative, or too surface-level.
Rowan is different. Each session is a focused, facilitated conversation designed to help you think clearly, speak honestly, and move forward on something real.
The Format
The Rowan Reset.
You don't need to prepare anything. You just need to show up willing to be honest.
- 014–8 people
- 02~3 hours
- 03Private, carefully chosen spaces
- 04Lightly facilitated
Variations
With or without movement.
Some sessions are conversation only. Others pair the conversation with an optional movement add-on—a structured, all-levels strength or yoga practice, or a short meditation—because clarity often arrives faster when you're not just sitting in your head.
- —Conversation only. Just the room and the work.
- —With yoga. A structured, all-levels practice to open the session.
- —With strength. A structured, all-levels effort before we sit down.
- —With meditation. A quiet entry point to slow the noise.
Pick the version that fits the day.
What you leave with
You won't leave "transformed."
You'll leave with:
- —Clarity on something that's been stuck
- —Language for what you actually think
- —A sense of direction that feels real
That's enough.
Not therapy
This matters.
Rowan is informed by therapeutic practices and facilitated by people with real training.
But it is not therapy. No diagnosis. No treatment. No fixing.
Just a structured conversation that actually goes somewhere.
Who this is for
People who are doing well—and not entirely convinced.
- —Professionals, founders, creatives
- —High-functioning, but questioning
- —Allergic to fluff
- —Ready for something more honest
What's next
This is just the beginning.
Rowan is building toward a dedicated space—a studio for yoga, Pilates, and strength, with gathering rooms for conversation and a calendar of unique evening offerings.
A modern third place, built around movement, honest conversation, and the kind of nights that don't happen anywhere else.
We're also opening the work to the next generation with the Girls Circle Club—small gathering groups for tweens and pre-teens to talk honestly, find perspective, and build the kind of footing we wish we'd had.
For now, sessions are small and intentionally limited.
